How can I apply for a job?
You can drop a copy of your resume at our Box Office where it will be kept on file for a 6 month period. We do not accept email applications
What time do you open?
Approximately 30 minutes prior to the first film screening.
Can you bring in food from outside?
Yes provided it is not "HOT" food eg. NO fast food
Do we accept BCC/Greater Union discount cards/vouchers?
We accept BCC Gift Vouchers and Screen Savers but we only offer concession price for other discount cards and vouchers. We do not accept Hoyt's movie money or Greater Union/Birch Carroll & Coyles Movie Gift Card
How long does a movie screen for?
This depends on the popularity of the film, if it is still doing well at the Box office it may last for several months if not it may only screen for a week.
What is the length of a feature?
All features vary in screening time which also includes trailers and screen advertising (approx. 12-17 minutes).
Do you have EFTPOS facilities?
Yes we do but only at the Ticket Box and in the Star Cinema & Lounge. NO Diners or American Express Cards.

Do you have disabled facilities?
All our cinemas have access, special seating areas and restrooms for the disabled.
Do you have baby change facilities?
We have a baby change room which also has a junior toilet.
Do you have digital sound?
We have DTS & Dolby 7.1 Sound Systems through out our complex.
Do you have 3D?
We have 3 Cinemas which screen Real D 3D.
Do you have a big screen?
Yes we have the Biggest Screen in Town - 20m x 8m.
